We have acted on prestigious head office buildings for major PLC's delivering state of the art facilities on time and to budget. Recent successful projects include FirstGroup Plc, Aberdeen; Skipton Building Society, Skipton; and Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Bradford. We are equally at home working with property developers and/or owner occupiers to deliver out of town office parks, either to a speculative design or bespoke to the purchasers or occupiers requirements.
With our comprehensive knowledge of the BREEAM assessment requirements, our knowledge of the cost effective use of renewable energy sources and our ability to carry out Whole Life Costing, we are able to help our Clients deliver commercially viable sustainable buildings.
