The development of our Building Services team has allowed the practice to offer clients assistance in understanding their approach to Carbon Management and their responsibilities.
From initial involvement in setting a business Carbon Strategy and feasibility advice on project implementation, through to project management and monitoring of the project success, the team actively promotes energy reduction through client training and feasibility studies from life cycle cost to CO2 savings.
The Building Services team work with many national property owners developing Corporate and Social Responsibility targets and developing carbon management forums within businesses. We focus on reducing the input of building services technology through sources of natural light and ventilation as well as the thermal properties of the building envelope.
We also assist clients in developing large scale renewable energy projects such as Biomass / CHP energy generation and photovoltaic arrays.
On a smaller scale, we assist local businesses find energy security through self-sustainable, renewable energy generation as well as setting carbon strategies to reduce future consumption.
